Meagan Moody was appointed Country Manager, Ricoh Canada, in January 2024, expanding on her role of Vice President, Customer Administration, Ricoh North America. In this dual role, Moody leads the Ricoh Canada organization as well as the teams responsible for customer support, order management, leasing, accounts receivable, billing and invoicing, and back-office operations across Ricoh North America.
Previously, Moody was Vice President, Process Improvement, where she was responsible for Ricoh’s project management organization and successfully oversaw several business critical, multi-year transformation projects including the integration of IKON Office Solutions and Ricoh post-acquisition in 2008. She applies her 25+ years of experience with her passion for process and people to drive high performance, impactful collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Moody attended Brigham Young University and holds a Six Sigma blackbelt in Business Process Improvement from Emory University.
