Glenn Laverty

Senior Vice President, Marketing, Shared Services, Ricoh Americas;
President and Chief Executive Officer, Ricoh Canada, Inc. 

Glenn Laverty was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing for Ricoh in the Americas on April 1, 2017. As part of the Shared Services Business Group, Laverty is responsible for our marketing efforts to support our key business units in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role, and is strongly focused on aligning and positioning our portfolio of hardware, solutions and services to our global services-led approach.

Laverty also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ricoh Canada, Inc. Appointed to the role on January 1, 2008, Laverty is responsible for our entire business in Canada, where his responsibilities range from providing executive leadership and direction to charting a pathway for Ricoh Canada in the company’s overall evolution to a services-led organization centered on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 


Laverty joined Ricoh Canada in 1994 and has held many key leadership positions, such as Vice President, Marketing; General Manager, Ricoh Document Management; and Executive Vice President, Direct Sales Operations. He has led the successful integration of several acquisitions, including IKON Canada, and managed the international responsibilities of our first services business in Ricoh Document Management. Prior to joining us, Laverty held management positions with Xerox and also owned a Ricoh dealership.

Beyond Ricoh, Laverty is a recognized customer experience leader throughout the industry, recently providing the foreword to The Intuitive Customer by Colin Shaw and Ryan Hamilton. He serves on numerous boards and committees, including the Board of Directors of Excellence Canada; the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC); and the advisory board of The Learning Partnership. He is a member of the CEO Global Network and gives back to the community, working with the United Way and Covenant House (Toronto).

Laverty has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario.

 
 

Glen Renton

Vice President, Information Technology

Ricoh Canada Inc.


Renton is an accomplished business technology executive with 20+ years leadership experience in the retail, technology and professional services sectors.  Responsibilities include establishing and cultivating innovation initiatives, overseeing Ricoh Canada’s Digital Transformation strategy and expanding a world class IT organization to deliver exceptional value to all aspects of the business. Additional responsibilities include strengthening relationships with existing clients and providing thought leadership to the development and creation of new innovative technology solutions in support of Ricoh’s business transformation.

 

Prior to joining Ricoh in 2011, Renton was Vice President, Information Management at Grand & Toy, an OfficeMax company.  He led the IT team to deliver significant process efficiencies in supply chain, sales, retail and back office functions. Additionally, Renton led the development of Canada’s leading B2B e-commerce platform servicing the digital ebusiness needs of a vast spectrum of national and global clients.

Throughout his career as an IT Executive, Glen has held numerous positions of strategic impact, with primary responsibility for all facets of information technology management, including strategy, ERP implementation, data center and infrastructure operations, security, regulatory compliance, outsourcing assessment and systems selection.

Richard Perri

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President, Services
Ricoh Canada, Inc.

Perri joined Ricoh in 2011 as the CFO of the Canadian operation. As CFO, Richard is responsible for finance and operations, including supply chain and IT.

More recently, Perri expanded his scope of responsibility and was appointed Senior Vice President of the Services business unit. As Ricoh helps our customers navigate through the digital evolution of the workplace, the Services business represents a growing component of the overall portfolio. In his role, Richard is responsible for strategy development and oversees daily execution of the growth plan.

Previously, Perri held several finance positions with multi-national organizations across the country.




 
Perri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, as well as certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Avanti Systems and is an active member of the CEO Global Network.
 
 

Marc Cotie


Vice President, Legal and General Counsel
Ricoh Canada Inc.


Marc Cotie was appointed Vice President, Legal and General Counsel for Ricoh Canada in December 2012.

In this role, Cotie actively manages all legal services provided to Ricoh Canada and has overall responsibility for the company's legal department.  Cotie provides leadership in the management of Canadian customer contracts, as well as a wide variety of other commercial matters such as strategic relationships, matters of risk assessment, remedies, compliance and regulatory matters.  Cotie has also played a leadership role in the company's activities in connection with strategic acquisitions and reorganisations. 

Cotie has been with Ricoh Canada since 2010.  

Previously Cotie had gained over 10 years' experience in the legal field, starting with Baker & McKenzie's Toronto office, then at Sony of Canada Ltd. 

Cotie holds Common Law and Civil Law degrees, as well as an undergraduate degree, from McGill University and is a member of the Ontario Bar.

Mike Fast


Vice President, Managed and Technical Services
Ricoh Canada Inc.


As Vice President, Managed and Technology Services, Mike Fast brings 25 years of professional experience to his role, much of that spent in very senior positions at Ricoh Canada Inc. As a longstanding member of the Ricoh Canada Executive Management Team – the executive body responsible for strategic planning – Fast has been instrumental in developing numerous mission-critical initiatives including the entrenchment of Ricoh’s “exceptional customer experience” philosophy, and the adoption of the Net Promoter Score. 

Fast’s tenure at Ricoh has included many accomplishments, not the least of which was securing and executing Ricoh’s sponsorship of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, the revitalization of the historic Ricoh Coliseum site, and the on-boarding of Commonwealth Legal into the Ricoh organization.

In his current role, Fast oversees the delivery of service and support to Ricoh’s customers where products and solutions are concerned. In addition, he leads the support functions for the Customer Call Center and Technician Dispatch, Customer Help desks and Service Training. A seasoned leader with experience in numerous functional areas within Ricoh, Fast can draw on broad knowledge gleaned from virtually every aspect of the company including leadership roles in Marketing, Managed and IT Services, Contracts and Billing and more. His organization is currently the largest within Ricoh, and includes responsibilities over Technical and Managed Service, Customer Satisfaction, Dispatch and the NTSD.


In addition to his longstanding professional experience, Fast holds with a BA from Wilfred Laurier University.

 
 
Bob Leonhardt

Senior Vice President Sales

Bob Leonhardt was appointed Senior VP of Sales for Canada in April 2017.


Leonhardt leads an experienced and talented team of sales leaders and professionals responsible for selling Ricoh’s award winning portfolio of hardware, software and services to customers and prospects across Canada.  He attributes his long term success to his understanding that the role of a sales leader is to make heroes, not be one.


Leonhardt joined Ricoh Canada as the Regional VP of Sales for the Greater Toronto in 2010. Prior to that, he enjoyed a successful career as the Owner and President of an office equipment dealer that he founded in 1985.


Bob earned an Honours BA from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Commerce and Economics.

 
 

Eric Fletcher

Vice President, Marketing Communications
Ricoh Canada, Inc.

 

Eric Fletcher is a senior marketing executive, successful at developing a vision and executing strategies for technology and IT services companies. In his current role, Fletcher leads the North American Marketing Communications Team to reposition the Ricoh Brand.  He manages the digital demand generation process and properties, public relations, analyst relations, content development, sustainability initiatives and the overall Ricoh brand. He works with the Canadian team to strategically align the transformation to a services-led organization. 


Fletcher has had a long and successful career in B2B Marketing spanning 25 years. Prior to being appointed as North America VP Marketing Communications he was VP of Marketing at Ricoh Canada. He has worked in a number of senior roles for AT&T Canada, MTS Allstream to name a few.

Fletcher has had a long and successful career in B2B Marketing spanning 25 years. Prior to being appointed as VP of Marketing at RCI, Fletcher joined Ricoh Canada in 2012 as the Director of Product Marketing. He has worked in a number of senior roles for AT&T Canada, MTS Allstream to name a few.


Fletcher specializes on developing a vision and executing strategies for technology and IT services companies. He is skilled at developing strategic partnerships, new products and integrated marketing campaigns. Throughout his career he has been involved in numerous product launches, advertising and demand generation campaigns alongside reward trips, and developing strategic partnerships.


Fletcher holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the IVEY school of business (University of Western Ontario).

Amrit Sandhu was appointed Vice President, Human Resources, Ricoh Canada Inc in July 2015. He is responsible for overseeing Human Resources activities for all Ricoh Canada locations, such as:

As a solutions-oriented human resources and organizational development leader and business partner, Sandhu focuses on utilizing the principles of organizational effectiveness to solve business problems, drive change and help create a great place to work. His success has been achieved by building credibility, trust and high personal visibility within organizations. 

 
 

Sandhu has 20 years of diverse HR experience at companies like Dell, Rogers and Imperial Oil.

He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Business Administration from McGill University.

 

 
 
Mitch Henry

Vice President, Dealer Operations
Ricoh Canada Inc.

Henry joined Ricoh Canada Inc in 2004 as Director of independent Dealer Sales for Eastern Canada. In 2006 he joined the Executive Management Team as Vice President of Dealer Operations.

Henry brings over 27 years of experience leading and growing Ricoh Canada’s channel business by optimizing sales in both Hardware and Software. Henry has valuable experience working with Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) alongside large Enterprise accounts.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University as well as a Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor.

Greg Cunningham


Vice President, Supply Chain
Ricoh Canada Inc.

Cunningham joined Ricoh Canada in 2012 as the Vice President of Supply Chain heading all Canadian supply operations. In his current role Cunningham is responsible for all areas of Supply Chain activities including:

• Equipment, parts and supplies forecasting
• Supply planning and purchasing
• Warehousing and transportation
• Achieving customer service level agreements within budget


Cunningham is also responsible for strategy development and oversees daily execution of the operations plan.

Cunningham has over 25 years experience in all aspects of supply chain management in the packaging, high technology, office products, toy and consumer packaged goods industries. Cunningham has been a Board member on the Supply Chain and Logistics Association, and a member of the Sales & Operations Planning benchmarking group at Penn State University.

Cunningham holds a Bachelors of Applied Science from Queens University and an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Toronto.
