When it comes to providing the teaching to help our employees get ahead, we’re toward the head of the class. In fact, Training magazine named our Sales Manager 5 Floor technical and coaching program as a “Training Top 125 Best Practice” in 2015.

The Ricoh Learning Institute, our nationally recognized learning organization, is at the heart of how we build a smarter workforce. Throughout your entire career at Ricoh, you can receive training in a variety of subjects, including:

Just For Me Learning

Ricoh Canada is deeply committed to supporting your development. In fact, fostering Learning and Career Development is a strategic priority. An effective individual development plan (IDP) is crucial to helping you grow throughout your Ricoh career.

As a Ricoh employee, you are expected to have an IDP and, at a minimum, to have an annual development and career conversation with your immediate leader. While you own your IDP, your manager is your primary resource to coach you along the way.

Leadership development

For many key positions, our leadership development program helps identify employees with the potential to fill these important positions, and create development plans tailored to them — so they're ready to move up into those jobs when they become available.

To achieve your career goals, we offer numerous training and development opportunities, including the Ricoh Learning Institute, the Ricoh Learning Calendar, Education Reimbursement programs and, leadership development courses.

Tuition reimbursement

Continued education can have positive effects on people both professionally and personally. So for employees who either pursue a degree or just take classes related to their role, responsibility or Ricoh's business, we provide tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per year.
