Ricoh offers free recycling of 10 of its most popular models of
toner cartridges: Models 150, 300, 1010D, 1136, 5111, 186,
1400, 2000, 30 and 70. In each box there are three prepaid
mailing labels (one each from FedEx, UPS and Canada Post) and
an instruction sheet. The customer is asked to replace the
used cartridge into the box, apply their choice of label and
send it back to Ricoh. It is entirely free to the customer!
Ricoh returns the cartridges to its factory in California where
the cartridges are disassembled, cleaned, repaired and refilled
with OEM toner. The cartridges are then re-packaged and sold with
full OEM warranty.

initiative to preserve the environment by diverting used toner
cartridges from landfill. In the event that the instructions or
the prepaid labels are missing from the toner cartridge box that
you have received, please call your Ricoh Order Desk to request
