As part of our commitment to excellence, Ricoh has created a Tactical Service Team (TS Team) – a group of highly trained service personnel who represent the best of the best in Service.
Highly trained and innately mobile, this elite group is charged with servicing special events and high-profile engagements where a combination of technical knowledge, software competence, customer handling and on-the-fly troubleshooting skills are the stock in trade.
Ricoh’s TST members are drawn from a wide cross-section of business units in Canada and beyond, and are hand picked based on high achievement in a number of core competencies, and are champions of Ricoh’s MyCustomer initiative.
Ricoh’s TS Team will be engaged in many high-profile Ricoh events and facilities including:
- Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games
- The Royal Winter Fair
- The Ricoh Coliseum
- The RTS National Road Show
