FIELD SERVICE MANAGER - QUEBEC CITY
Major duties and responsibilities:

Manage branch technical team to ensure an optimum level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure goals for profitability, cost per copy, average response time, Preventative Maintenance attainment, copies between calls, call backs and reschedules.
- Health & Safety compliance
- Adherence to the Role of the Ricoh Canada Manager
Education:
- Post secondary education in Electrical or Mechanical Technology
- Bilingual
Experience:
- Ricoh technical experience
- Previous supervisory experience an asset
Skills:
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide leadership and guidance by having a presence of 50% of its time on the road with the technicians.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Superior customer relations skills
- Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes Sound knowledge of PC Operating Systems & Networks
- Valid driver’s license and use of a reliable vehicle (Travel is required)
